Aton Group Signs on Collaboration With Affin Bank Home Step Fast/i

Aton Group and Affin Bank have embarked on a collaboration after signing on a financing solution, Home Step Fast/i. This will be made available to buyers of Aton Group’s residential project Banyan Valley as well as Harumanis Residence.

Affin Home Step Fast/i is a new mortgage product which offers financing solution to residential properties valued at RM200,000 and above with the special payment feature of 'Step-Up'. The 'Step-Up' payment feature allows payment of only interest portion amount for the first 5 years from the date of full disbursement, thereafter full monthly instalment based on the outstanding and the remaining tenure of the loan.

Other perks of the program include no lock-in period and no early settlement fee. Purchasers can also convert the loan into a savings scheme for those who need access to emergency funds.

Greater Financial Flexibility

The benefits of Home Step Fast/i is that there is a lesser monthly commitment, therefore buyers can maintain their financial liquidity and have more dynamic options in the allocation of income into more savings and investment.

According to Affin Bank’s Managing Director of Mortgage Business Jessie Wong, “Although the market has softened over the last 10 years, people are still investing in property, and developers have come up with solutions to cater to this market.”
